Keeping Watch on the Terraces: In the continuous mountain range of Yuanyang County, Yunnan Province, live seven ethnic groups: Dai, Zhuang Yi, Hani, Yao and Han. Mount Ailao is a unique mountain, covered by more than 3,000 grid terraces. The 170,000 mu terraces are the results of thousands of years of hard work by the Hani people, and are consequently known as the Hani Terraces.
